	SPEEDYBATCH MOBILE ASPHALT PLANT SpeedyBatch is a asphalt batching plant designed to offer maximum installation and dismantling speed, while maintaining all the performances and the use possibilities of a fixed traditional system. The completeness and easy re-locating features of the machine are summed up in the following points: *  Installation in 1-2 weeks according to the selected configuration * No need for concrete foundations. They are optional however, very limited * Maximum facilities for integrating all the additional applications of the asphalt system (additional fillers additives, stocks of finished products, etc.) In terms of construction, the system is structured in blocks for easy stacking and connection, with the largest possible number of pre-assembled elements. Top feature: the filter is located directly above the drier, which minimises fume ducts and the filter transport line. The storage of recovered filler is integrated in the collection hopper under the filter. The hopper can be raised to also collect the mineral filler and the increase the overall collection capacity. The elements located around the tower and the drier are also built for a very quick installation. They are in blocks and have flexible connections. 	EASYBATCH SUPER MOBILE ASPHALT PLANT The supermobile "EasyBatch" is an aphalt mixing plant especially developped by SIM to respond to the high demand of batching plant with a medium production capacity but with a very high degree of mobility. Supermobile and supercompact batch type unit with an hourly output up to 90-100 tons, all assembled on 2 semitrailers whose dimensions are suitable to travel even on ordinary narrow roads. The width of the 2 semitrailers does not exceed 3 meters. The two semitrailers have all the necessary elements for the production preassembled, including pipelines and electrical cables, bitumen and fuel storage tanks and oleothermic heater. Mechanical jacks with supporting plates already connected allow an easy and fast plant positioning on site, no foundations and no cranes are required. The plant is supplied fully assembled and tested in SIM factory and thanks to the easy trasportability and manoeuvrability the exceptional maintenance can be carried out in a workshop during the winter season so as to reduce time and costs.
